Here's a way to conduct a general CRM assessment framework, with some preliminary customization for your business.

Participants will then examine the six underpinning principles or best practices.


For each practice, we’ll discuss and document:

- the degree to which the industries and businesses represented execute these practices

- Organizational implications

- Major issues

- Breaking barriers to implementation
