There are many definitions of CRM.In the AARM Business Key Workshop,
Bruce Clarkson will discuss a very broad global
definition of CRM to assess its relevance to the various businesses
represented.
Participants will then examine the six underpinning principles or
best practices.
For each practice,
well discuss and document:
- the degree
to which the industries and businesses represented execute these
practices
- Organizational implications
- Major issues
- Breaking barriers to implementation |
