The
Navigator Executive Intelligence Council Workshops
evolved from a growing need for business leaders to step
back from the day-to-day and examine inescapable challenges
facing business today. These Unique Workshops are an
opportunity for forward-thinking people to wrestle with
the issues. Provocative thought leaders will lay the
groundwork for lively discussion and interaction. If
you want to lead your company into the future, I encourage
you to attend.

These
Navigator Executive Intelligence Workshops are for business professionals
in all industries responsible for the management, design and implementation
of business strategies in their organizations.
We will be exploring the world of Executive Intelligence
while we explore the beaches and waters of the the Virgin Islands.
In the evening sessions we'll continue our journeys of discovery
about Executive Intelligence.
Even the very successful executives if asked what makes them so effective, would
likely answer you with some vague notion of what makes them what they are in
terms of operational effectiveness. They are not totally aware of what it is
that makes them tick the way they do. If you ask a great athlete, say a Tiger
Woods how he made a particular shot, he would not be able to give you a step-by-step
guide. Like other great athletes he would bring his skills to bear on a event
as it was taking place and unfolding. There are core aptitudes that make great
athletes so much better than other competitors. In the same manner there are
core aptitudes that make intelligent business leaders so outstanding.
As
someone once said "Executive Intelligence lays bare the
core abilities that makes great leadership happen, and enables
us to assess them."
Join us as we
explore Executive Intellignce at these unique workshops. The experience
will change the way you look at your company and its future forever. When
you complete a workshop, you'll be a Lifetime Member of the Navigator
Executive Intelligence Council (NEIC) where you will be privy to
the ongong research of the Council and its published Whitepapers
and the to opportunity to consult and network with other Council
Members.

The
Navigator Faculty of Executive Intelligence
As
mentioned, we have assembled a uniquely qualified group of
executive leaders to participate in the Navigator Executive
Workshops. Their collective corporate experience with major
corporations spans several decades with major responsibilities
in a number of industries. Their professional qualifications
are stellar.
They possess academic degrees from major universities. They all have done consulting
work with blue chip corporations. They are all widely respected, creative thought
leaders of business intelligence. They comprise an invaluable resource for us
all as we face, what is very likely, the greatest challenge the business community
has ever faced. A resource available to you now on the Navigator Executive Workshops. |
What you
will take away from these Workshops:
A
deeper understanding of the brain of successful corporations.
An
understanding of the required functions and nervous systems
of those corporations. The required skills and mindset
of the effective executive
A deeper understanding of your own
company and your own executive intelligence qualities.
How to manage, implement and lead more effectively.
How to develop the skills needed to understand and influence
corporate direction.
How to explore your own leadership potential.
How to really prepare for the future.
