This
is a personal invitation to join us at the Maho Bay Resort in the
U.S. Virgin Islands and aboard the yacht Windfall for a unique
Executive Intelligence Workshop.
In
2006, Robert K. Cooper Ph.D. Made this statement.
| "WE
ARE IN the beginning stages of what many authorities
believe will be the next revolution in business.
By design, no blood will be shed in this sweeping
transformation from old to new, just a host of
preconceived notions." |
|
Cooper's
statement is even more relevant today than it was then with the
exception of his reassurance that "no blood will be shed".
With today's broken economy there will be blood in the water.
As
president of AARM, I have been talking to a number executives
all over North America, Malaysia and the Continent. This is what they are
saying.....
Many
of us if not most of us are in a situation of having to make
decisions on the basis of insufficient information. Hardly
a secure situation! In the times ahead we will be
faced with the challenges of creating wealth and productivity
in the face of diminishing market and resources and a contracted
economy. This will require entrepreneurial creativity
and competence on a new level.
We
have felt the need for Executive Intelligence learning for
the challenges of this current economic situation which many
would call a crisis, but it will be a crisis only for those who
are unprepared, an opportunity perhaps for those who are.
As well, to navigate the future, we need as much intelligence
and information as possible. What is the content and form of
the training required for the challenges of the future and
how can we provide it?
Much has been learned and applied productively. Now, that collective
wisdom and experience needs to be further explored together
with our colleagues. We
need a new milieu and a new dynamic!
Over the past several years, author, colleague,
friend, CEO, and sailor Paul Hennig along with Dr. Paul Leow
and I have been examining and researching the field of corporate
and executive intelligence.
During this
time, our research together with the thinking of other executives
with whom we have been consulting with
has given us a sense of urgency to develop strategic executive
learning workshops of a higher level in order to prepare us for
the seismic shift in the economy, which is clearly before us.
In order for us to view more deeply and critically examine the
way our enterprises and companies, in order to insure not only
our survival but also success in the face of the onslaught of
the next decade.
Paul Hennig,
Dr. Paul Leow and I will lead these workshops. We have been talking
to a number of experts in various fields about the workshops.
They have enthusiastically endorsed the agenda and total concept
of the workshops and they have joined with us in the Navigator
Executive Intelligence Faculty. They are authors, practitioners,
executives, professors, CXO's. People like Anthony Keenan, Larry
Filler, J. Ben Benjamin, Phil Olivieri, Julio Tavares, authors
Linda Sharpe, Serge Grichmanoff, Marilyn Stewart, and Professor
Margery Taylor. There will be others as we move forward with
this work.
Our Navigator Executive Intelligence Workshops focus
on the brain of the corporation and it's critical importance
for corporate and personal survival in the face of the extreme
challenges of our crashed economy.
These are some of the issues
we will tackling head-on in the Navigator Workshops. I anticipate
with great interest - the creative interaction with the members
of the workshops and our thought
leaders who will be contributing and facilitating these
think tanks.
Each
workshop will be summed up into a whitepaper. These
whitepapers will be made available to all the workshop
participants. Each workshop participant will become a
member of the Navigator Executive Intelligence Council
where you will have the opportunity to network
with your fellow Council Members. It's
mission - to advance the art and science of Executive
Intelligence and to provide each participant with the
council of the thought-leaders and fellow workshop
members.
We
felt the need for a unique milieu for
these workshops,
in order to give executives an opportunity to rise
up to a new creative level difficult to achieve in
the midst of the demands of your heavy everyday
responsibilities.
Therefore, Workshop groups will meet in St. John's
in the US Virgin islands in January, February and March.
You can book into one or more of these workshop.
There
are only 72 openings available so don't
miss out on this extraordinary opportunity to shape
the future. Reserve today with no obligation.
Yours
Sincerely,

Robert T. Stacey
