Customer Relationship Management Analyst - 1 yr contract


Location: Scarborough, Ontario



DESCRIPTION: Provide support to the CRM function primarily through:
· Conducting database queries using SQL language

· Developing segmentation models to support specific customer communication objectives and creating direct marketing campaigns including design, execution, tracking and response
analysis

· Analyzing user requirements and developing appropriate reporting metrics and formats

· Managing multiple vendors in the execution of customer communication initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

· Well developed project management, collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated experience working within project teams and managing vendors

· Highly developed proficiency with formulating SQL database queries

· Strong analytical skills to develop and refine customer segmentation models

· Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing, market research and customer communication principles

· Strong PC proficiency particularly in Transact-SQL, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

· University degree, college diploma, or equivalent and relevant CRM,market research and consumer marketing experience
