GCCRM is an independent Customer Management organization founded in 2001. Through evaluation, enhancement and benchmark with best practices, GCCRM helps to roadmap organizations’ customer management - where they are, where to go and how to get there, via awards election, training & consulting, invented methodologies, research studies & portal operations.

First started in 2002, the Customer Management Awards program is a widely recognized award program in the business community. The key objective is to enhance the standard of customer management through benchmarking with best practices. Every year, the winning enterprises share their success experiences and present their cases in The China Customer Management Forum - an annual Forum jointly organized by GCCRM and CRMGuru (the world’s largest CRM community, US-based) to be held by end March in Shanghai.
