Bruce Clarkson is the former National Manager Customer
Relationships - Sears Canada Inc.
He was responsible for various customer development
and growth initiatives, including programs based on
life stages and events. His team also provided database
operations and support to various parts of Sears.

Bruce
also worked with the catalogue business to totally upgrade
the technologies used in that channel including call centers,
field operations and logistics.
He joined Sears in 1970 and had several careers within
the company including logistics, finance, warehousing
operations, IT and Relationship Marketing.
Bruce is an excellent Workshop facilitator. He facilitates
at many P.CRM Certification programs |
