ALPS Corporation, a dynamic and growing professional liability insurance and services company, is seeking self-driven professionals for a Marketing CRM Administrator position in Missoula, Montana, USA.  The CRM Administrator will be part of a team whose responsibility is to market ALPS Lawyers Professional Liability insurance (LPLI) to Attorneys throughout the United States. ALPS is the nation’s largest direct writer of LPLI and is endorsed carrier by more State Bar Associations than any other carrier in the country.


The primary responsibility of this CRM Administrator role is to oversee and implement a list acquisition strategy to automate our mass-marketing efforts.  This position will administer our current data and represent ALPS with vendors and professional associations throughout the country. 


Advanced skills in Excel required. Proven database experience, preferably within a CRM. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.  The right candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and be a change agent.


This is a full time position, Monday – Friday.  Benefits include: employer sponsored health insurance, employer 401k match, PTO, gym reimbursement, business casual dress code, paid parking and many more.  Wage range is $32k-$40k, DOE. EOE.


1.       Oversee the implementation of ALPS Database & List Acquisition Strategy; identifying new sources of attorney firm lists, working with vendors and other currently and prospective partnerships to acquire lists, eliminating duplicates against our current database and uploading lists while maintaining data integrity.

2.       Conduct data clean up and maintenance in order to maintain data integrity; collaborate with IT to ensure infrastructure is current and functioning at maximum capacity.

3.       Create and program automated marketing workflows within ALPS’ CRM (NetSuite) to best leverage the systems lead nurturing capabilities; and qualifying law firms as viable prospects for the ALPS Business Development Team.

4.       Act as primary contact when working with CRM service vendors, and other current and prospective partners on all projects related to our prospect database.

5.       Work with the team to create a cohesive environment. Contribute to the daily workflow with regular and punctual attendance. 

6.       Perform other duties/responsibilities and attends meetings as necessary and assigned.
